2024 Membership Fees
CUBC is committed to remaining the most affordable rowing club in Western Australia, therefor we offer a wide range of memberships to cater for all! From Recreational to Competitive, to our brand new Social Membership, we hope to make rowing as accessible as possible.

Full Competitive Memberships
*Remember, if you choose to compete in regattas you will also be required to pay "oar fees”, which cover your entry into each race. Oar Fees help cover the running of regattas including venue hire, boat fuel for officials, and other essentials. CUBC charges $14 per rower, per race.
Adult Member: $600
This membership is designed for rowers who wish to compete regularly in regatta's throughout the competitive season. These members will have access to boats, gym equipment and coached training sessions. They will also be invited to all club social and community events.
Student Member (Proof of Student Status Required): $500
This membership is designed for university students who wish to compete regularly in regatta's throughout the competitive season. These members will have access to boats, gym equipment and coached training sessions. They will also be invited to all club social and community events.
First Year Member: $450
This membership is designed for rowers who are joining Curtin for the first time to provide an introduction to the club and sport. It is elligible to all types of rowers who joing the club for the first time.
Junior Member: $450
This membership is designed for rowers under the age of 18 who wish to compete regularly in All School regatta's throughout the competitive season. These members will have access to boats, gym equipment and coached training sessions.
Coxswain or Coach: FREE
Recreational & Social Membership
Social Member: $100
This membership grants a person invite to all social events held at the shed including parties, pub crawls, alumni events, the end of year dinner and any other social events the club chooses to host throughout the year. This membership is perfect for alumni and friends of the club who don't wish to row, but still want to remain involved in the social culture of the club!
All memberships are valid for one year and fees are due by the 1st of April. International students fees can be adjusted depending on the duration of your studies.
Upon registration there will be a seperate fee charged to RWA seperate of CUBC, this will change depending on the type of membership.
