Our 2024 Corporate Program

This program offers organisations and individuals a unique team-development experience, through a structured 'learn to row' program.

What's Included?
Participants will put forward a crew of 9 individuals (8 rowers and 1 coxswain) who will learn to row as a team, guided by experienced coaches from Curtin University Boat Club. All participants of the program must be able to swim at least 100m fully clothed.

Participants will also attend 4 workshops, to build on their practical rowing experiences with key leadership topicsthat they can apply in the workplace.

Teams and individuals will be positively challenged, learning about themselves and their teams through this unique experience.

At the end of the program, crews will get the opportunity to race together as a cohesive team against other crews in the RWA Corporate Regatta.

Who is this for?
Business, government and community groups and organisations.

When will it run?
Our 2024 Program will run from the 17th September - 12th October, culminating in the 2024 RWA Corporate Regatta.

  • Crews are made up of individuals who must align their own personal goals within the team to ensure success.
  • Successful rowers learn to trust in both the coach and their crew.
  • Rowing is a true team sport, each crew is only as strong as their weakest link so rowers must work together to succeed more than any other sport.
